Cheat Codes for Red Dead Redemption 2
Yo! How's it going? Today I am giving you the cheats codes for Red Dead Redemption 2. Entering these codes will give you advantages in the game such as; an increase in Dead Eye, infinite ammo etc. etc.
Be aware however that using this cheats will disable your ability to gain Trophies or Achievements. I would therefore recommend saving your game before trying the codes if you are a Trophy hunter.
To Enter a Cheat Code
- Pause the game and enter Settings.
- On PS4 press triangle, Xbox One press Y. This will give you access to the cheat menu.
- Enter the desired code. Codes listed a little further down.
- If you have correctly entered the code you should see a confirmation message.
Unlock Clothes, Money, Recipes
- Greed is now a virtue : this will add $500 to your savings.
- You long for sight but see nothing : this will unveil the entire map of the game. However you must have completed the mission "Past and Present Family Disputes" in Chapter 3.
- Share : this automatically unlocks and activates all camp improvements.
- Eat of Knowledge : you learn all the recipes.
- Vanity. All is vanity : enter this to unlock all the clothes.
Weapon Cheats
- Abundance is the sweet desire : this grants you infinite ammunition as long as you have previously found the New Hanover Gazette 27 during the first chapter.
- Greed is american virtue : with this trick you will add a cut-off shotgun, a bolt action rifle, a Mauser pistol and a semi-automatic pistol to your inventory, and require that you have obtained the newspaper before completing the mission of chapter 3 called "Advertising, the new American art. "
- History is written by fools : unlock a double-barreled shotgun and a double-action revolver.
- A simple life, a beautiful death : gives you a set of basic weapons.
- Death is silence : for silent weapons, like a Tomahawk, poisoned throwing knives.
Honor System and Search Level
- Balance. All is balance : resets the honor indicator and returns it to the neutral.
- You revel in your disgrace, I see : the degree of honor decreases.
- You want freedom : reduce the level of "you are looking for".
- You want punishment : this increases the current level of "Wanted".
- Virtue unearned is not virtue : The honor index will be increased. You must have completed the "Urban Pleasures" mission of chapter 4.
Morgan's Ability Cheats
- A fool command : You'll get drunk.
- Be greedy only for foresight : Dead Eye infinity.
- Make be better : Increases your dead eye to level 2.
- I shall be better : Increases your Dead Eye to level 3.
- I still seek more : Increases your Dead Eye to level 4.
- I seek and I find : Increases your Dead Eye to level 5.
- Seek all the bounty of this place : Increases the level of your life, resistance and dead eye bars.
- You seek more than the world offers : Makes the health, resistance and dead eye bars stronger. You have to have completed a mission from chapter 6 "The son of the king".
- You flourish before you die : Full health, resistance and dead eye.
Horsey Cheats
- Keep your dreams light : A horse and cart appears.
- Better than my dog : The range of the whistle for the horse is increased.
- Keep your dreams simple : A horse with a caravan will appear.
- Run! Run! Run! : The racehorse will appear.
- The best of the old ways : A stagecoach appears.
- Would you be happier as a clown? : A circus caravan will be created. Buy the newspaper after completing the Epilogue.
- My kingdom is a horse: Raises the level of the links with your mount.
- You want more than you have : Gives a horse of a higher class.
- You are a beast built for war : The war horse will appear. Buy the newspaper after completing the Epilogue.
- The lucky be strong evermore :Will increase the resistance of the character and his horse. You must buy the newspaper after completing chapter 5.
- You want something new : A random horse appears, both in race and in its mount.
